Why Need of a Vacuum Dehydration Unit
The moisture from atmosphere tends to enter the hydraulic / lubricating oil reservoirs through filler breather, cylinder seals, gaps in fittings and valves etc accelerates the process of oxidation resulting in sludge and varnish formation. This forms a greasy mass and clogs the openings in valves specially proportional and servo valves making its operation sluggish.
Why Need Microcare Vacuum Dehydration Unit.
Microcare Dehydration Machine is Used for removal of Moisture and entrapped gasses and air from Hydraulic Oil,Turbine Oil or Fire Retardant fluid used for Lubrication to control the Entire system.Vacuum Dehydration Unit (VDU) Prohibits the Generation of Sludge and sticky matter in hydrocarbon fluids thereby eliminating the risk of the machine’s Breakdown and increased life of Turbine Oil or Hydraulic Oil.
The Fully Automatic Vacuum Dehydration System injects gently heated oil into a vacuum chamber thus extracting dissolved moisture air and gases from oil at 45 to 55 degree centigrate.Microcare Vacuum Dehydration Unit incorporates double/single stage oil filled electrically operated vacuum pump.
To remove Solid Particles with entrapped Gases & Air you need Vacuum Dehydration and Purification system.
